Welcome to Rabieh Summer Camp 2026 (“the Camp”), operated by Rabieh Childcare Group (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern participation in camp activities, camp registration, payments, website use, and related services. By registering a child in Rabieh Summer Camp 2026, parents and legal guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Rabieh Summer Camp 2026 provides educational, recreational, athletic, creative, and social experiences for children in a supervised environment.

La Collina Country Club, Mtayleb serves solely as the venue where camp activities take place and is not the organizer, operator, or manager of Rabieh Summer Camp 2026.
All camp management, registration, staffing, supervision, and operations are exclusively handled by Rabieh Childcare Group.
Enrollment is subject to availability. A child’s place at the Camp is considered confirmed only after:
Parents/guardians agree to provide complete and accurate information including:
Rabieh Childcare Group reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate enrollment if false, incomplete, or misleading information is provided. Enrollment spaces are limited and allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
All camp fees, registration charges, optional activities, and related costs are communicated during the registration process. Prices may change without prior notice until enrollment is officially confirmed.

All fees are payable in: United States Dollars (USD) and/or Lebanese Pounds (LBP) according to the applicable exchange rate or pricing structure established by Rabieh Childcare Group at the time of payment.
Failure to complete payment on time may result in:
All payments remain subject to the official Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Parents and legal guardians agree to cooperate with camp staff to ensure a safe and positive environment.
Parents/guardians are responsible for:
Providing accurate and updated information regarding:
Ensuring that children do not attend camp while sick or contagious. Children showing signs of contagious illness may be sent home.
Ensuring children are dropped off and picked up on time according to camp schedules.
Providing suitable:
Parents are advised not to send valuable items. Rabieh Childcare Group is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
Parents/guardians agree to maintain respectful communication with camp staff and management.
Parents must disclose all medical information relevant to the child’s participation. This includes:
Failure to disclose important information may result in removal from activities or dismissal without refund.
In the event of illness, injury, or emergency where parents cannot be reached immediately, parents authorize Rabieh Childcare Group to seek appropriate medical assistance when reasonably necessary. Parents remain responsible for any medical costs incurred.
Children may only be released to:
Camp staff may request identification before releasing a child. Children shall not be released to unauthorized persons.
Repeated late pickups may result in:
Children are expected to behave respectfully and safely at all times.

Rabieh Childcare Group reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose conduct is considered unsafe or disruptive. Dismissal does not entitle the participant to any refund.

Rabieh Childcare Group respects the confidentiality of all participating families. Personal information collected during registration shall be used only for:

Rabieh Childcare Group shall not be responsible for interruptions, delays, schedule changes, suspension, or cancellation of camp activities resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Parents acknowledge that recreational, athletic, swimming, and outdoor activities involve ordinary risks.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from participation in Rabieh Summer Camp 2026 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Lebanese courts.
